Joe is both white collar and blue collar.  Whereas his while collar career background is hotel management and sales, he started working part-time for a window cleaning company over 30 years ago.  Three years later, Joe started his own window cleaning business part-time.  Some years after that, Joe went full time with it. The customer service skills he acquired in hotel management and sales have been key in providing outstanding customer service and impressing clients with his professionalism.

Joe has had the same helper, Keith, since Joe's business went full time. Joe is confident he won’t be using anyone else for the duration of his business. 

Keith, like Joe, impresses his customers with his meticulous work,  impeccable manners, and knowledge of sports (LOL.)  Keith delivers the same quality and professionalism that Joe has been honing for over 20 years.
